To the City Residents - The City of Shelley will be starting a construction project the week of May 27, 2025. The project will take place on W. Fir from Highway 91 heading West to County Line. HK will be the contractor on site. The project will include lead and copper removal, 16" water main from Well #5 to Well #4 and meter pits to each property. This project will take place through the end of October. We appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout this project. Fir, sanitation cans will begin to be picked up at 7:00 a.m. on designated day before construction trucks begin work.
