The Eastern Idaho Sewer District (EIRSD) is seeking a Board member to represent the City of Shelley.  The potential candidate must reside on the eastern side of the Union Pacific Railroad within the city limits.  Please submit a letter of interest to the City of Shelley or EIRSD by May 14, 2024.  If you have any questions please contact City Hall at 208-357-3390 or EIRSD at 208-357-1839.

The City of Shelley will be accepting sealed bids for city owned property located at approximately 436/448 W. Center Street (nine-foot section), Shelley, Idaho.  The legal description is as follows:

West 9 feet of Lot 17, Block 7, Jack Edwards Addition Bingham County, Idaho, T. 1 N., R. 37 E.B.M., Section 32

A minimum property value as been established by the Mayor and Council at the fair market of $3,450.00 which will be the minimum bid accepted.  Sealed bids will be accepted at the City Hall Office, 101 S. Emerson Avenue until 5:30 p.m. on April 22, 2024.  Bids will be opened on April 23, 2024 at approximately 7:30 p.m. at the Council meeting.  Payment in full for the property will be due within thirty days from the date of the bid opening.  Any and all bids may be rejected by the Mayor and City Council.  If you have any questions, please call 208-357-3390 ext. 2.
