NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Idaho Code the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Shelley hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held on May 21, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at the Shelley City Hall, 101 S Emerson Ave., Shelley, Idaho. The purpose of this hearing is to consider annexing and rezoning a parcel of property owned by Michael and Carol Mueller. The proposed zoning is RA (Residential Agricultural) for this parcel. This property is located at 405 N. Hanson Avenue, Shelley, Idaho. The legal description of the property is as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Beginning at a point that is N 0° 31’ 10” E along the N-S centerline of S 29, T1N R37E, Boise Meridian, 1940.95 ft from the S Quarter corner of said S 29, and running th S 89° 28’ 50” E 274 ft; th N 0° 31’ 10” E 167.67 ft, th N 89° 28’ 50” W 274 ft; th S 0° 31’ 10” W 167.67 ft to the pt of beginning.
