Administration/City Hall

City Hall is located at 101 S. Emerson Avenue, Shelley, Idaho 83274, and open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until noon with the exception of holidays. The Staff is available to take utility service payments, answer questions regarding city ordinances, answer planning and zoning questions, write building permits, gas permits, dog tags, etc.

We offer vehicle titling and registration services at our office Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with the exception of holidays. We do not offer Driver's License Service. You will need to visit your county office for that service.
