Public Works Department

The Public Works Department is located at 155 E Pine Street. This department is responsible for streets, water, sewer and sanitation services. This department's normal business hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. You may contact this department at (208) 357-1991.

Sanitation Services are provided by the city. Garbage will be picked up on the following days:

Industrial Size Cans

• Monday and Thursday

Residential Cans

• East side of the railroad tracks: Tuesday
• West side of the railroad tracks: Wednesday

Spring and Fall Clean Up

Spring Clean Up is usually held in April and Fall Clean up is in October.  Please watch on your billing statement for exact dates.  These clean up times are for organic debris only.  Please do not put household garbage, furniture, or appliances out to be picked up.
